Incredible experience! Ordered a special basket instead of flowers. My granddaughter loved it. Delivery was fast. Not only was I notified about delivery so was the recipient. Ordering something from out of state is worrisome for fear it not being delivered but they came through! Will definitely use them again.

What a wonderful experience! I ordered flowers online and immediately received a phone call letting me know that a few flowers in my arrangement were unavailable. Shirlene was incredibly kind and took the time to explain my options—whether replacing the flowers or creating an entirely new arrangement. She truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the outcome. In the end, my aunt said the flowers she received were absolutely gorgeous. Excellent customer service! This was my second time ordering, and I will definitely be a returning customer.
